We specialize in residential & commercial fencing projects and pride ourselves on delivering excellent customer service and craftsmanship. Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Fence Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates for fence installation projects by gathering project information, analyzing labor, material, and time requirements, and presenting quotes to clients.

Key Responsibilities:
• Visit project sites to assess conditions and take accurate measurements.
• Interpret project blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare estimates.
• Prepare detailed, itemized cost estimates for materials, labor, and equipment.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales team, and clients to ensure accurate and timely proposals.
• Track and update pricing trends and vendor costs.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions and adjust estimates as needed.
• Maintain documentation and records of all estimates and proposals.
• Permit Submissions & Followup

Qualifications:
• Proven experience as an estimator, preferably in fencing, construction, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of various fencing materials (e.g., chain link, wood, vinyl, aluminum).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
• Excellent math and analytical skills.
• Proficient with estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite. • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience fence design software is a plus. • Bilingual abilities are a plus (especially Spanish/English, if applicable to your market).
